Terms and Conditions for Car Rental
Welcome to MJ Car Rental! By accessing our services and renting vehicles from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Agreement:
By completing a rental transaction, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions as well as any additional rules or policies established by MJ Car Rental.
2. Rental Period:
The rental period begins at the time of vehicle pickup and ends when the vehicle is returned. Late returns may incur additional charges as specified in your rental agreement.
3. Eligibility:
Renters must be at least 25 years old and possess a valid driver's license and proof of billing. Additional identification may required.
4. Payment:
Payment must be made in full at the time of rental. We accept cash payment, gcash, bank transfer or credit card. A deposit of 50% may be required.
5. Vehicle Use:
Vehicles are used solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with local traffic laws. Off-road use, racing, and driving under the influence are strictly prohibited.
6. Maintenance and Damage:
The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as received, barring normal wear and tear. Any damage, loss or theft must be reported immediately. Costs for repairs or replacements will be charged to the renter.
7. Fuel Policy:
Vehicles are provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with a full tank. Failure to do so may result in a refueling charge.
8. Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation for guaranteed reservations must be received at least 72 hours prior to the agreed rental date to avoid 50% cancellation charge equivalent to total amount agreed. Cancellation made 24 Hours before the rental date, a no-show charge which will cover the total numbers of agreed days reserved covered shall be charged.
9. Liability:
MJ Car Rental is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the rental period. The renter assumes all risk.
10. Amendments:
MJ Car Rental reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website.
