REQUIREMENTS FOR SELFDRIVE AND AGE REQUIREMENT FOR RENTERS
CLAIMS AND ACCIDENTIn case of vehicular accident the RENTER should notify MARIA JONWIL CAR RENTAL immediately for instruction. That in case of damage of the leased vehicle due to accident, the first Eight Thousand Pesos (PHP. 8,000) of cost repairs shall be for account of the RENTER. All repairs due to abusive use of the leased vehicle shall be for the account of the RENTER. MARIA JONWIL CAR RENTAL is not obligated to undertake third party liability or any claim by the RENTER or passenger’s outside of insurance coverage. For loss of 30% devaluation rate from the dealership “CASA”, the RENTER hereby acknowledges to pay the said 30% devaluation rate within FIFTEEN (15) days from the date of accident resulting the total loss and damage to the vehicle. The RENTER hereby releases MARIA JONWIL CAR RENTAL of and form any liability for loss or damage to any property left, stored or transported by the RENTER or any person in our upon vehicle or during the term this rental or after return of the vehicle. In the event of loss of life , the Renter shall not hold MARIA JONWIL CAR RENTAL in any criminal or civil liability. Renter acknowledges his/her own personal liability to the said accident. In the event of loss of vehicle through car napping, the Renter is personally liable and shall pay MARIA JONWIL CAR RENTAL the current market value of the said vehicle within ten (10) days from the agreed date from which the Renter fails to return the vehicle to MARIA JONWIL CAR RENTAL and or earlier than ten (10) days. The Renter shall assume any and all responsibilities during the duration of the lease of the vehicle including to any illegal activities.
